Day 1

Red eye flight takes just a little longer than 4 hours causing us to arrive ahead of time. With about an hour sleep we arrive at 5 am local time 2 am pacific.

First order of business is to eat breakfast then we are off to Mt Vernon.

Off to the National Museum of the Marine Corp













Next stop Smithsonian Hirshhorn .. Some interesting art. Here is Ski leading the charge to the Hirshhorn













Then off to a wonderful souvenir store.

    Ski's been going to that souvenir shop for over 10 years! I got a sweatshirt from a cool truck in front of the White House so keep your eyes out for that one too!
